Job007 starts from your resume and adjusts emphasis and wording for each specific posting — it doesn’t invent a new career for you. What gives AI away is a cover letter that reads like everyone else’s and a resume that doesn’t match the person in the interview. Neither applies here: the substance stays yours, and you can rewrite any line by chatting with the agent before it goes out. Yes, and that’s the default. Each application opens in a real browser tab with every field filled and your documents attached; you read it and press Submit. If you’d rather not, you can hand a source over to fully autonomous mode — but that’s a deliberate choice you make, not what happens out of the box.

The agent reads the full job description and compares it against your actual resume — skills, seniority, industry, trajectory — not a keyword count. You get a score out of 10 with a written account of your strengths for that role and the gaps you’d be asked about. Claude does the reading, and you can argue with it in chat if you think it got one wrong.

Upload it anyway. The agent rewrites and re-emphasises it per application, so an out-of-date master document is a perfectly good starting point — and you can ask the assistant to reshape it in plain language: “make the leadership experience louder”, “cut the 2014 job to one line”. Every document is editable, and it learns what you prefer.

Your data lives on Google Cloud in the EU (europe-west1) under GDPR, encrypted in transit with TLS. We never sell personal data. Resume and job text goes to Anthropic’s Claude API for scoring and drafting — Anthropic does not train on it. Gmail access is read-only and we never send mail from your account.
